I believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and empowered in their own bodies
With a passion for empowering individuals on their journey to wellness, I have dedicated over 13 years to the field of physiotherapy. I graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of East London in 2009, building on my foundation in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Westminster.
Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in various specialties, including musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, elderly care, and respiratory physiotherapy. Currently, I work as a pelvic health specialist physiotherapist within the NHS in Swindon, as well as offering pelvic physiotherapy services in Wiltshire privately.
My special interests lie in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and incontinence, but I am dedicated to supporting individuals of all genders throughout their lives.
As an independent practitioner, I take the time to understand your unique needs, tailoring treatments to ensure you receive the most effective and personalized care. I stay informed about the latest evidence-based approaches in physiotherapy, firmly believing in the power of conservative treatment to alleviate pelvic floor dysfunction.
As a mother of two, I know firsthand the challenges that come with life changes, whether from childbirth or menopause. I understand the pressures many individuals face to “bounce back” while juggling work, family, and personal well-being. This insight allows me to create functional, empathetic treatment plans that meet you where you are.
When I’m not helping others, you can find me indulging my passions for reading, baking, and Pilates, or enjoying long walks and quality time with my family. If you’re ready to take the next step in your health journey, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way with pelvic physiotherapy in Wiltshire.
